EXPRESS CHECKOUT

In memoriam

Candle

To the nearly 1,000 lives lost in Lebanon:
most of whom innocent Lebanese civilians,
62 of whom killed in the massacre in Qana

To the 27 lives lost in Israel:
all of whom innocent Israeli civilians

To the innocent foreign nationals caught in the conflict:
8 of whom a family from Canada,
4 of whom United Nations observers

And to to the countless others whose lives have been lost
in over a fortnight of inexcusable war, and have gone unmentioned

We pray for you and remember you in our hearts.

War doesn’t solve anything; It simply brews more hate.
